Emergency Rooms
You never really understand how important a moment is until you aren't able to choose it as your own anymore. Sitting in the ER is an experience. I've been in as a patient and a visitor many times. It's sometimes smooth. It's sometimes you hear and see things you would never hear outside of the area. For some people, this is a normal area to be around. for others, it could be as scary as all hell. A place not very ever even thought of. As I sit here thinking and wondering. It brings me straight to perspective. Everybody in this world is trying to survive. Trying to live. trying to make it out and just be okay. You never know how a place can affect people. how words said to those who are sick can be taken incorrectly. we all want to FEEL better. we all want to FEEL okay. Our baselines are different but when we feel off we all need the time to rewind and take a step back.
